Tina Turner is one of the world's biggest rock stars. Together with Tina Turner himself, the musical Tina has been created. Tina grew up in Nutbush, Tennessee as Anna Mae Bullock. In 1962, she married Ike Turner. Together they had several hits in the 60's. Tina had a tough marriage with Ike and divorced after 16 years together. 1984 she made her knock out come-back as a solo artist with the song, What's Love Got To Do With It. Yes, and the rest is history. Tina is a musical with lots of hits. Do not miss this brand new musical during your London visit.
2005 we saw Mamma Mia in New York
For those of us who grew up with ABBA's music this musical was a must ( Mamma Mia) when we visited New York 2005. To see the musical a warm Summer evening was a perfect ending on a great day. From the first minute we enjoyed this entertaining musical with so many hits. In the end the entire audience stood up and sang and danced to ABBA's songs.
Have you not seen "Mamma Mia" yet, we certainly recommend that you see it. :)
